Cancellation Policy

Djamm.in offers the following choice of cancellation policies: 

Very flexible

• Free cancellation until 24 hours before the agreed time of the show (time shown in the confirmation email).
• After that, the fee and service fee will be charged for.

Flexible

• Free cancellation until 1 week (7 days) before the show (time shown in the confirmation email).
• After that, the fee and service fee will be charged for.

Moderate

• Free cancellation until the Booker cancels at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the show (time shown in the confirmation email)
• After that, the fee and service fee will be charged for.

Strict

• Bookers can cancel until 4 weeks (28 days) before the show 
• After that, the fee and service fee will be charged for.

Super Strict

• Bookers can cancel but will not receive a refund of the fee and/ or the service fee.
